Over more than three decades, I have worked across a broad range of construction and real estate development projects, from residential renovations to major commercial, healthcare, hospitality, institutional, and luxury residential developments.
My experience includes executive construction leadership, owner’s representation, development oversight, due diligence, contract administration, cost control, value engineering, and project recovery.

I have also been brought into challenged projects to identify cost overruns, schedule delays, contractor performance issues, and operational risks, then develop strategies to improve project performance and restore owner confidence.
REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT EXPERIENCE
Earlier in my career, I managed the acquisition, renovation, and resale of more than 50 residential investment properties, overseeing the process from opportunity evaluation and due diligence through construction management and final disposition.
This experience provided a valuable perspective beyond construction—understanding the investment, financial, and operational considerations that influence real estate decisions.
