Anthony Fond

Executive Construction Leader

Owner’s Representative

Healthcare – Hospitality – Commercial Development

After more than 30 years in construction and real estate development, I’ve learned that successful projects are never just about buildings. They’re about people, trust, and making the right decisions when the stakes are high. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading projects ranging from high-end residential developments to complex commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional facilities valued from hundreds of thousands of dollars to more than $300 million.

Current position: Managing Principal at The Fond Organization

I’ve spent my career helping owners navigate some of their most significant investments. Whether serving as an Owner’s Representative, leading complex capital projects, recovering challenged developments, building businesses, or managing private real estate investments, my responsibility has always been the same: protect the owner’s interests, reduce risk, and help create the conditions for long-term success. Throughout my career, I’ve been drawn to opportunities where I could build something better—whether helping owners navigate complex projects, leading teams through difficult challenges, or finding practical solutions to problems that don’t have obvious answers.

One of the greatest lessons this industry has taught me is that expertise comes in many forms. Some of the smartest professionals I’ve worked with wore hard hats instead of neckties. Great projects aren’t built by titles—they’re built by skilled people who solve problems, earn trust, and take pride in their craft. I’ve always believed leadership begins with respecting the people who make success possible. What I enjoy most is bringing clarity to complexity. Every construction project is shaped by competing priorities, changing conditions, and difficult decisions. Helping owners cut through that complexity, align talented teams, and move projects toward successful outcomes continues to be the most rewarding part of my career. If there’s one lesson these experiences have reinforced, it’s this: Trust is earned long before construction begins.

I’m always interested in connecting with people who believe integrity, sound judgment, and mutual respect still matter. If our paths cross, I look forward to the conversation.
