Advisory reviews are based on the documents and information available within the agreed scope. They identify observations, information gaps, and potential concerns; they do not guarantee project performance, final cost, or completion dates.
Site visits, field verification, and ongoing project management are included only when expressly agreed. Matters requiring legal, engineering, architectural, appraisal, or other specialist opinions are identified for review by the appropriate professionals.
