My experience includes executive construction leadership, owner’s representation, development oversight, due diligence, contract administration, cost control, value engineering, and project recovery.
Today, that background informs my work through The Fond Organization in Project Due Diligence & Risk Advisory—helping owners, developers, and investors evaluate project information, recognize potential problems, and make better-informed decisions.

My background includes evaluating real estate opportunities and reviewing the construction, financial, and operational considerations that influence project decisions. That experience helps me examine assumptions, identify missing information, and frame questions that require further investigation.
BUDGETS, SCHEDULES & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Responsibilities across my career have included budgeting, cost control, scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and value engineering. These disciplines provide a practical foundation for reviewing whether project scope, cost expectations, and timing are aligned.
CHALLENGED-PROJECT REVIEW & RECOVERY
I have been brought into challenged projects to identify cost overruns, schedule delays, contractor performance issues, and operational risks, then develop strategies to improve project performance and restore owner confidence.
That work reinforces the importance of identifying warning signs early and distinguishing immediate concerns from issues requiring deeper review.

My experience includes representing owners and coordinating multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout—with responsibility for budgets, schedules, contracts, quality, safety, and owner communication.

Earlier in my career, I managed the acquisition, renovation, and resale of more than 50 residential investment properties, overseeing the process from opportunity evaluation and due diligence through construction management and final disposition.
This work provided a perspective beyond construction alone: how acquisition decisions, improvement costs, execution, and timing affect the overall investment.
